Yesterday, we held our year-end party for 2013. Thank you all for attending, despite some difficulties with the location. I am Hypnosis Creator Tamura, and I deeply appreciate your presence.

Several of you mentioned that the venue was a bit hard to find, and for that, I apologize. However, I was relieved to hear that you all enjoyed yourselves once you arrived. We discussed a wide range of topics, including the big techniques in non-verbal hypnosis, insights from politicians, and how HypnoticCafe is expanding its activities internationally. Many participants also shared updates on their lives, and it was heartening to see everyone smiling and chatting throughout the evening.

From my perspective, the key takeaway from this event was the importance of fostering environments that allow individuals to thrive. I believe that providing space for personal growth, ensuring that creativity is not stifled, encouraging learning outside of one’s immediate environment, and guiding people in a positive direction are all crucial factors in personal and professional development. At the same time, it’s essential that those of us in leadership positions refrain from being overly intrusive or controlling. By finding the right balance between support and freedom, we can create the conditions where people truly flourish.

Seeing everyone’s smiles and hearing their laughter made it clear to me that when we are growing, we are at our happiest. There’s something deeply fulfilling about watching others grow, develop new skills, and find joy in their journey. It reminded me of how, when I see participants in my workshops making progress, their faces light up with genuine enthusiasm. In that sense, my role sometimes feels similar to that of a school teacher, nurturing and guiding while giving people the space to explore and grow on their own.

Currently, I’m in the process of refining the content of my workshops to make them even more engaging and effective. Although my schedule is quite packed, even on non-workshop days, I find that this busy pace is invigorating, especially as we approach the end of the year. There’s a special kind of energy in the air during this season, and I intend to use it to fuel my creativity and productivity.

As we move forward, HypnoticCafe will continue to focus on the international expansion of our non-verbal hypnosis techniques. I am excited about what lies ahead and eager to see how our community will grow in the coming years. Together, we will explore new opportunities, share knowledge, and continue pushing the boundaries of what hypnosis can achieve.
